Peacefully passed away at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital after a short illness, on Thursday 1st January 2026, aged 71 years.

Dearly loved Wife of Gary, adored Mum of Lara.


Ann will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her, including Rudi, her beloved dog.

Funeral Arrangements

Funeral service to take place at Chester Crematorium on Tuesday 27th January 2026 at 10:40am.

The family warmly invite those attending Ann’s service to:

For light refreshments, following the service.

At Ann’s request we will be in the Teepee and it can get cold, so please bring your coat. Dogs are of course welcome.

  • I’m so upset and sorry to hear this sad news about Ann. Seventeen years ago I met her as a work colleague and soon she became a friend. She was a massive support during difficult times and so kind when I was going through personal tragedy. After retirement we have stayed in touch; our little group called the ‘Escapees’ meeting regularly on Zoom throughout the pandemic. We then became ‘ladies who lunch’ and I loved Ann’s bubbly company. I shall miss her. 🩷
