Carol passed away peacefully at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd on Friday 12th June 2026, aged 80 years.
Beloved wife of Alfie, a loving Mum to Mark and Sarah. Mother-in-Law to Dawn and Kevin. Nanny Carol to Luke, Jess, Abi, Hannah, Jake and Joe. Carol was adored by her Great-Grandchildren, Henry, Elliott, Leo, Zac, Rosie, Soraya, Henrik and Sonny. Bonus Great-Grandma to Kyran and Amira.
Carol will be so dearly missed by all of her family and friends.
The family would like to thank all of the staff on Ward 43 and Ward 60 at the Countess of Chester Hospital for the care they provided to Carol. A special thank you also goes to the Hospice of the Good Shepherd for making Carol’s final days as comfortable as possible.

I have known Carol for nearly 19 years as her hairdresser and we were really close. We talked about everything and put the world to rights! She helped me through some tough times and we had a load of laughs along the way! Carol i will miss you so much😢 You were an angel down here and you will be an angel up there.
